Vertigo Couples Classes—We are unable to offer refunds for our Vertigo classes. Please allow at least a 72 hours notice if you are unable to attend class and would like to transfer to another class of the same type and price.
Private Classes- The deposit is non-refundable. Please allow at least 2 weeks notice if you wish to re-schedule your private class to another time and date. We will happily schedule you for another date without loss of your deposit.
Pottery Session (multiple weeks)- The classes are designed to be contiguous as a way of learning through regular routine. No refunds or transfers can be given if student decides to drop out of class. Because of the nature of the class it is not possible to have individual makeup classes for students. Please contact your teacher at least a week in advance if you intend to miss and see what the options might be.
Pottery- Please let us know if your pottery arrives broken in the mail and we will happily replace it free of charge. This does not include breakage of your own fault. If you are unsatisfied the work you have purchased please contact Oak Cliff Pottery and we will do everything we can to make it right for you!
